[svk-users] SVK Documentation

Can you just put it online and get feedback organically, all 
Web2.0-style?  I don't have time to commit firmly to it, but I 
definitely need lots of svk help these days, so I'd look at the sections 
I need and send feedback on those as I read them, but again, I don't 
want to be on the hook for it.  :)
