[svk-users] svk up skipping file

Did you delete the RELEASE-NOTES file from your working copy?  What
does svk st show?  If you did svk won't bring it back for you unless
you svk revert that file.  This is by design, svk update will not
revert deleted files automatically, unlike svn and cvs.
