commit 6c7e04f55b9d7ff06e4091e5199f5846eedc8e29
Author: sunnavy <sunnavy at bestpractical.com>
Date:   Tue Jan 15 02:12:57 2019 +0800

    Remove unexpectedly introduced newlines

    Commit 9ef8a632 refactored code to reduce code duplication, but the
    change of <%init> => <& ... &> is not 100% accurate as the latter adds a
    newline to the end of output.

    This commit removes those unexpected newlines.
