Take care of external auth env
If $WebRemoteUserContinuous is true, RT will check for the REMOTE_USER
on each access, which breaks switched users because they don't have
corresponding REMOTE_USER.
This commit skips AttemptExternalAuth for switched users, and also takes
care of WebExternallyAuthed flag for base user, so external auth could
still work when switching back to base user.

In case user hasn't been loaded or logged in yet
Here is a case: RT calls RT::CurrentUser::loc to render localized auth
error page, which calls RT::User::_Value to get the "Lang" attribute,
when there is no current user in session yet.

+NAME
+ RT-Extension-SwitchUsers - Switch current logged in user to others
+
+DESCRIPTION
+ This extension provides a way to switch current logged in user to others
+ defined in user custom field "User".
+
+RT VERSION
+ Works with RT 4.4
+
+INSTALLATION
+ perl Makefile.PL
+ make
+ make install
+ May need root permissions
+
+ make initdb
+ Only run this the first time you install this module.
+
+ If you run this twice, you may end up with duplicate data in your
+ database.
+
+ If you are upgrading this module, check for upgrading instructions
+ in case changes need to be made to your database.
+
+ Edit your /opt/rt4/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm
+ Add this line:
+
+ Plugin('RT::Extension::SwitchUsers');
+
+ Set the group which users belong to can switch users.
+
+ Set($SwitchUsersGroup, 'Core Team');
+
+ Set fields all the switched users can share:
+
+ Set(@SwitchUsersSharedFields, qw/EmailAddress SMIMECertificate/);
+
+ CAVEAT: please don't share Name field as it's been used to
+ distinguish switched users.
+
+ Clear your mason cache
+ rm -rf /opt/rt4/var/mason_data/obj
