[rt-announce] RT 1.0.6 released

RT 1.0.6 is a bugfix release which fixes several bugs in 1.0.5:

	* Bogus code which caused autoreplies sent by RT to 
	  not be sent as Precedence: bulk has been removed.
	  It never should have been there in the first place.
	  
	* The webui should no longer hide components of messages
           that contain embedded series of newlines.

	This upgrade is strongly recommended for all users.
