Grumble...ok, I'll see if I get it working again.  And if I eventually get
it working, I want to ask you if you can just leave it as it is for a
while.

I also have a gut feeling TTMBABWTDI.  I'll try writing some thoughts
about it.  Anyway, I really want a version of RT that I actually can get
the support department to use ... quickly ... and the current design seems
to work.

I think it needs to be thought through and discussed _before_ "cleaning
up" the code more.  I'll just try to sew it together again so it actually
works as for now.

Maybe, maybe ... templates might be usable for more than only emails.
