Sorry ... I was in a hurry when I realized I had forgotten to commit.

I saw some "#TODO" stuff in the code which I for some strange reason
thought ment the AdminCcAsString and CcAsString was stubbed, so I redid
them.  Later I discovered that they were duplicated, so I removed the
duplicates.
