Hmmm ... not easy.  It should be possible to make a hack,
like letting the post-commit mail script generate a correct subject line
if the commit message starts with a number (the ticket id).  Or we might
add a special action in the mailgate which reads the ticket id from
another place in the mail.

We will need hooks for user-customized actions anyway.  We've forgotten
about that.  I think it's just as important as the Scrips hook.
