Fix problem where you coudn't assign CFs to classes globally
This becomes much more obvious in 3.8.8 when we add the checkbox
in the CF admin ui rather than forcing you to navigate to Configation
-> Global -> Custom Fields

Stop exploding when a saved search is shown elsewhere
RTFM Saved Searches are quite unlike RT saved searches and have their
own peculiar parsing rules mixed in with their display logic. Until
that is untangled, we'll at least stop throwing an error.
