As a note to folks who are getting this for the first time -- this was a
~weekly internal update I've been putting together for a bit, which
combines automated testing results and the state of various branches in
flight.  We noted that there was no reason to not distribute it slightly
more widely, and rt-commit seemed like the appropriate venue for such.
