[rt-devel] re: form reload/redraw data loss

I sent a note about loss of data when the webrt form gets
redrawn.  There is one more detail.

When this happens, the form data gets posted some of the time
and is not posted at other times.  I have not been able to
determines any "when does posting happen" pattern.
