Hi,

It looks good.

Two things I noticed (understanding this is a work in progress and I 
haven't read the TODO in a while):

- I posted an attachment as part of a request; it's not clear how to 
view it.

- I'm having difficulty constraining tickets by requestor email 
address.

Like I said, it looks good.
