Hi,

Iv'e been using RT for about one week now.
But I really thinks it's stable at all..  

We have like 5 persons in our system and when I reply on a comment of an ticket,
the RT system creates 5 new tickets in the system with the same subject, but no
message.
Then I must kill each ticket. :(

And the other thing is that the messages / subjects doesn't get qp decoded and cannot
handle MIME encoded emails.

Do you think there will be a fix on this pretty soon?
