[rt-devel] Adding extra terminal message status

Hi Jesse,

What is involved in adding an additional message status to the existing
ones?  

I want to add an extra status, lets call it 'closed', which is terminal and
NOT reversable.  Is there something like that in the pipline, or would I
have to add this myself?

The main coding seems like it would be in Ticket.pm, to add the 'close'
methods and extra conditionals to test if closed, before opening a ticket
for modification.
