[rt-devel] Keywords...

Hi.

Can someone give me a brief explanation of how keywords
work? How do they relate to queues and tickets? Playing 
with webrt, I wasn't able to figure out how to actually 
use them... so i'd appreciate any info on the whole 
"keywords in RT2" concept or maybe just a quick hint on
how to select a keyword, so I can figure it out myself ;)
