[rt-devel] RT2 now runs on Oracle 8

I wasn't planning on staying up until 4:30 again tonight. 
But today, with clues and assistance from Dave Morgan,
I was able to make RT2 work on Oracle 8i.  Most of the work that
needed doing was makefile and initdb work.  Once I got the schema
into the database and fixed a tiny bug in DBIx::SearchBuilder,
_it just worked_. 

So, I present to you, the RT user community, RT 1.3.52.
Tell me how badly I broke it tonight. Just be gentle about it ;)
