[rt-devel] RT 1.3.61 released

RT 1.3.61 is out. 


        It corrects:

        A bunch of UI nits with the web interface
        A couple of bugs with mail sending

        I would greatly appreciate it if at least one exim user and 
        one sendmail user tried this release out as soon as is convenient.

        If RT no longer has the problem with "Undisclosed Recipients",
        this release will become *trumpets*  RT 2.0 Beta 1.
