[rt-devel] 1.3.61 - Editing Autoreply template breaks it.

Using the Web GUI to edit the Autorespond template breaks it.  I haven't
figured out how to revert it either.  It's just busted from then on
(original requests are not autoresponded).
 
This was also present one or two builds ago.
