[rt-devel] Template editing problem

everyone,
first, i would like to welcome everyone on this list.
i have recently moved from RT1 to so called RT2 and would like to join
the effort of helping Jesse making RT the best tracker on the market.

second, i found a problem, which gives me much trouble. when editing old
Template or creating new one it always becomes useless... all i get is:
now requiring RT::Action::Notify
	'ad RFC822 field name '
	 at /usr/local/rt2/lib/RT/Template.pm line 251
in logs.
i've seen, that somebody had similar problems (which i solved by copying
last two lines from default template), but this is what i got to
afterwards.
i am sure that there has to be something "special" to be put into
Template... but i could not find what it is...

any ideas?
