[rt-devel] error log: "now requiring RT::Condition::StatusChange"

Okay. Now that I've dug myself out of that that recent hellish experience,
I've noticed a different issue in regards to scrips.
It seems that only the OnCreate scrip is firing. This seems like it's been
happening since 1.3.72. For all other scrips I receive similar errors as the
one below.

Thanks for all the help so far. I really am trying to get better at
troubleshooting on my own. Is there any doc. that i can flip through to
better understand the inner workings?
