[rt-devel] ticket queue permissions with qmail?

  Running 1.3.77 .. With all the correct modules, ie: reading
 what everyone else is having to do to fix the problems.. I'm 
 just at a standstill with this one.

  I am sending this to qmail with the rt at domain.com for testing
