[rt-devel] Retrieving the encrypted data from MYSQL

hello friends,
I am Jayakumar from Bangalore, India.
This is something related to RT and Mysql. 
I have configured the RT system at my place. The database is Mysql.
The passwords are encrypted in the user table. 
I need to know the password of a user for 
1)who has missed his password 
2)to use the same databse for another application
Please help me in retriving the password from the database
(preferably a SQL query)
(This is not for hacking).
Its very urget.
please help me.
