The ususal bug fixes and cleanups..and a new
"rt-cron" facility, which lets you run scripactions against sets of tickets
at predefined times.
It's useful for things like:
* Upgrade a ticket's priority if it hasn't been touched in 4 hours
* If a ticket in queue "foo" is overdue, push its due date off another week
