[rt-devel] Problems with Autoreply

I'm running RT version 2.0 and Sendmail 8.12

I'm having a problem with Autoreply to Requestors.
I have the scrip OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors with template Autoreply set
up.
But, when the system recieves an email, nothing is sent.
If the ticket is created through the web ui, then an email is sent.

I have tried both sendmail and sendmailpipe and neither corrects the
problem.

Any ideas as to how to correct this would be greatly appreciated.
