[rt-devel] expanding the Tickets table

I want to add a single field to the tickets table in order to reference
tickets based on a field from another DB.
 
I was guessing that I needed to add some to the affect of "<input
type=hidden name=cust_id value=4>" to the Create.html page.  Followed by
modifications to Display.html and probably the Ticket.pm file.  But I just
don't know exactly (Perl is not my forte).
 
Any help would be appreciated
