We also just set up an Asterisk system here and plan to implement a lot of
stuff with it.
Are you talking about proposing something simple like type in an incident
problem and get a status? That would be easy in a module in Asterisk.
If you want something complex like open problems, report problems, etc. that
woudld be a lot harder obviously.
