Hi All,
We are moving through a conversion of RT to Oracle. One issue that we are
running accross is the storage of attachments in the database. Looking
back on our test install on MySQL, it looks like only the text type
attachments were making it to the DB. How does RT go about storing the
binary attachments (images and such). Can these go into mysql when the
content column type is 'memo'?
We are thinking we will have to use something like BLOBs for the Oracle
conversion, but need to get a better handle on how it works on mysql first.
Any insights would be appreciated.
Thanks and cheers,
Brian
