[rt-devel] rt2-to-3 1.8 bug?

dumped from rt 2.0.15 mysql on RH 7.3 and it seemed to work.

moved it all over to the new test box, ran dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 and...

The new box is RH 9 with the stock Apache 2, etc.

It looks like users and groups are fine though. It just barfs at ticket 56
