That file does not exist

That line is

$m->comp('/Elements/Callback', tabs => $tabs, %ARGS);

at my copy, which works. This refers to

  /Elements/Callback instead of

  /Statistics/Elements/Callback

Can You check if Your copy has the same line (although I did not ever 
touch that line of code)?
