[rt-devel] Patch-mania (3.0.5pre3)

RT 3.0.5pre3 exists. It mostly consists of bugfixes and patch
applications. I've got one more "heavy" round of patch application, as
well as a hunt for the wild-memory-usage bug that people have reported 
before I'd like to roll 3.0.5rc1.
