When you start apache server it write next in mainserver error log:
[Tue Dec 16 19:54:20 2003] [notice] Apache/1.3.28 (Unix) mod_perl/1.28 
configured -- resuming normal operations
[Tue Dec 16 19:54:20 2003] [notice] Accept mutex: sysvsem (Default: sysvsem)
