[page runs a few pixels off the right edge under IE6]

I have experienced the same problem some time ago. A solution is to remove
the <!DOCTYPE> tag at the top of each document. That sounds strange, but it
does work. IE6 has some quirk with <!DOCTYPE>'s...

However, it doesn't seem "the right thing to do". It's up to you guys to
decide.
