[rt-devel] Installation script of rt-2-0-15

Hi,

it would be quite practial, to add the line Test::Inline to @modules in
/tools/testdeps.
And add it at the beginning.  ;-) Oterwise, the DBIx::SearchBuilder
won't install.

For the installation manual: SuSE users should install the packages:
perl-ApacheDBI
perl-DBI
perl-SQL Statement
perl-text-csv_xs
glib-devel
gcc
binutils
glibdevel
Apache-devel
DBD-CSV
