[rt-devel] Removing the 'Configure' menu, how to?

Hello,

Wasn't sure if I should send this to users, or devel, but since its a
code question, I figured Devel.

I'm trying to remove access to the Configure option from the menu unless
a user has the 'SuperUser' permission.

I found Elements/Tabs, but it just removes the option from showing.

Any pointers on what file to edit, and what object I can use to either
run obj->CurrentUserHasRights, or obj->CurrentUser->HasRights?

I know perl, I'm just not familiar with Mason.
