[rt-devel] migration tool 1.13

Hi Guys - Not sure if this a user issue on my part of
some type of problem with this process, most likely it
is user related....  When I run the 1.13 migration
utility I keep getting the below error at ticket 520. 
I have confirmed that I do have Heavy.pm.   Would this
error reflect a problem with the ticket or a problem
with Heavy.pm?  


Exporting ticket 520Bizarre copy of HASH in aassign at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/Carp
/Heavy.pm line 79.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
