[rt-devel] Postgresql disconnections

It seems when the postgresql server goes away, for example when I rebooted 
the DB server, RT won't reconnect. Everything's find afteran apache stop 
and start.

Is it a bug or a feature that RT doesn't try to reconnect? Is this an RT 
issue or DBD::Pg? Does MySQL do the same thing?

I'm running 
RT 3.0.3pre4
Postgresql 7.3.3 on a different machine
Apache 2.0.x with fastcgi
