[rt-devel] Upgrade from 3.0.2 -> 3.0.3

I have never seen this before during `make upgrade`:

<cut>
beastie# /opt/rt3/sbin/rt-setup-database --action insert --datafile etc/upgrade/2.1.71 
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /opt/rt3/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm line 48.
</cut>

And that line 48 has this:

Set($LogToFileNamed , "$LogDir/rt3.log");    #log to rt.log.<pid>.<user>

Anything I am reqd to change?
