[rt-devel] Advice on upgrading from RT v1.0.7 to v3.0.3

Hi All, 

I have RT 2.0.13. Should I be able to convert it to RT 3.0.3 using the 
migration tool 1.13 or should I need to upgrade it to 2.0.15 first ?
