A couple things:

- e-mail submission is broken again: 

	RT::CurrentUser::CanonicalizeEmailAddress Unimplemented in RT::Interface::Email

- here are the rights I have given are to the priviledged users
  group:

	CommentOnTicket
	CreateTicket
	ModifyTicket
	OwnTicket
	ReplyToTicket
	SeeQueue
	ShowTicket
	ShowTicketComments
	Watch
	WatchAsAdminCc
	ModifySelf

	Even though they don't have AdminCustomField they can create a
	custom field in any queue (yet they can't disable it), is that
	normal?
