[rt-devel] RT 3.0rc1 - "Ticket Create" slow load issue RESOLVED

Ok. I've backed out all the changes that seem to kill performance on 
the "Create Ticket" back to 0.85 levels.

Any victims willing to try out the tarball from the following url?
