[rt-devel] stalled requests disappear - is this a problem?

Just changed a request status to stalled, and it disappeared from the 
standard queue lists, and was not accounted for on the 'Home' page.

ISTM that they should still be visible by default; either counted as 
'Open', or included in their own column in the Quick Search block. The 
manual even seems to suggest as much on P19.

When I click on the queue, I would also expect to see stalled items. 
Perhaps greyed out or something.

What do other people think?
