[rt-devel] rt2 to rt3 v1.11 problems

I've been having this problem since about v1.9 on the dumpfile-to-rt3 part of 
the import utility.

Users import fine, groups appear to import as well.. however I get this:

rt-2.0-to-dumpfile ran fine on my system.

Running MySQL 4.0.12, RT3.0.2pre5 all dependencies satisfied, new database 
setup for rt3 before the dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 is ran.

Anybody else?
