Tried installing 3.0.2 pre5,  DBIx::SearchBuilder 0.81 and 
Locale::Maketext::Lexicon 0.26.

Seems like all the utf8 and character set conversion problems I've seen 
has been fixed.

I've doing a live test with this version now.
