[rt-devel] patch to de.po

Hello,
since I did not hear anything from the original maintainer after a 
short receipt message, I decided to post my patch to the de.po i18n 
file to this list so others could discuss it and possibly benefit from 
it.

I did not add any new strings, only made the wordings smoother IMHO, 
and tried to kill some germishisms and awkwardness (like 
Einstellungen/Einstellungen).
