I would like to set our RT so that if a user enters "joey" into a email field it will default to joey at careercast.com instead of joey at FQDN where FQDN is the server's real hostname. Any suggestions on where to start? I wonder if perhaps it's an option already out there that I haven't found yet. Thanks Matt
