[rt-devel] where to find function that generates CustomFieldValues

Our custom fields are not sorting the way I had hoped. Going to the link
below generates a list of about 150 custom field values in the order
they were entered. 

All of these have the same sort order, I would like to extend RT3 so it
uses alphabetical if this is possible. I am having a hard time finding
where the list is generated.

Any tips would be appreciated

/Admin/Global/CustomField.html?Queue=0&CustomField=5
