[rt-devel] Postgres performance

I noticed that my RT is pretty slow....
it takes about 6-7 seconds to open every normal page, the home pages a
bit more.
How can I check from what it depends?
Can it depend from my rights structure?
I use rt 3.0.4 and postgres 7.3
