[rt-devel] Patch for RTFM RC2 and updated translation file

Hi,

One tab for RTFM in RT's ticket page was not translated. Here is the corresponding patch.

Attached to this mail is the updated French translation file (superseeds previous file in ticket 3166 in the bug tracking system)
