[rt-devel] How to setup callback on table field update?

I want to tie my own function(callback) on TicketCustomFieldValues 
update, insert or something else.
I want to do it because of Transactions missing, for example: On Ticket 
Create setting some Custom Field don't create new Transaction :( just 
incapsulate it in Create transaction.
