[rt-devel] List of emails that get sent correspondence

When an RT user replies/comments on a ticket, after she/he submits the
email and it is sent, RT tells the person 'Correspondence sent'.  I
would like to change this message to 'Correspondence sent to <list of
emails>'.  I've been poking around the RT code a bit and am having
trouble finding where I can get a listing of which emails were actually
sent the message instead of just the Cc's, Bcc's, and To addresses. Does
anyone have any idea where I can get a list of the emails that were sent
the message?
